Led by M. Teresa Requena Rolanía and M. Carmen Martínez Cuesta, this subproject explores how AGS affect the gut microbiota. By characterising key species of the microbiota and identifying biomarkers, the researchers aim to assess the risk associated with AGS using advanced in vitro techniques.
